Our Opti-Yo High Protein Yoghurt using SolagoHD 8501 Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) ensures your yoghurt formulation has the optimum texture, low levels of syneresis and exceptional sensory characteristics.
SolagoHD milk protein concentrates are manufactured from fresh ultra-filtered skim milk. SolagoHD offers the same ratio of micellar casein and whey protein naturally found in milk, but in process-stable and easier to use powder formats.
